covid-19 safety guidelines

Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our team and community. As a company, we are committed to remaining informed and vigilant as we cautiously navigate the ever changing landscape of the Coronavirus. The research and development of our company’s new protocols are in accordance with both the city of Houston, the state of Texas, industry protocols — as well as the OSHA & CDC guidelines. Here are details on what you can expect. If you have questions, please reach out to us.

What we are doing

-Increased sanitization processes using disinfectants proven to kill COVID-19

-Face coverings and gloves for all staff

-Temperature checks for all staff and clients upon entering the studio (anyone with a body temperature above 100.3 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted to enter the space)

-Staggered class times to allow for thorough cleaning in between classes

-Spacing of assigned heavy bags in room to allow for proper social distancing

-Studio team members will check you in upon arrival to ensure a contactless experience - just provide your name to the front desk from the 6 foot marker

-Class programming modifications to eliminate contact with surfaces and equipment

-Removal of high touch amenities - including blowdryers, deodorant and lotion

-Hand sanitizer throughout the facility

-Locker rotations: lockers that have been freshly cleaned are marked with "available" decals

-Our facility's HVAC system is equipped with patented bipolar ionization air filtration technology to break down viruses and bacteria along with filters with the highest MERV possible for our equipment. We'll also be keeping the heavy bag room extra cool to limit the sweat-factor

-Retail cannot be tried on before purchasing. All sales are final for all clothing and boxing gloves

What we expect from you

-If you're not feeling well, please stay home - we will happily return your class to your account

-We ask that you respect our cancelation policy, so we can accommodate other members who would like to take class

-We require that all clients enter the space with a mask/face covering and keep it on at all times, including when taking class. If a client does not have one they will be provided a disposable mask by the front desk

-Please make sure to practice social distancing throughout the facility and follow all directions found on in-studio signage and verbal directions from staff and instructors

-Reminder to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitzer

-Please update the credit card saved on your Savarese account, we will not be accepting cash at this time to maintain a contactless payment experience

-We encourage all clients to avoid any close person-to-person contact including hugs & high-fives in the facility

-We ask that you arrive on time but no more than 15 min before class begins. We will not be able to allow late entrants into class once it has already started

-We ask that clients not linger in the facility once class is over to allow for proper and thorough cleaning during class breaks

-We ask that you come dressed and ready for class and that you bring only the necessities with you
