Break down the boxing basics during this private session before your first standard  Fight Fit Group Class.

 

Bag work and pad work. No experience necessary.

This is our original group boxing fitness class created by former heavyweight Lou Savarese.

 

Each class has a maximum of 12 people led by two Savarese Fight Fit Pro Trainers that modify the workout for different fitness levels. They will guide you through a series of bag work combos, weight training and 2 on 1 pad work in the ring.
